Focused verification
TARISA VERIFY · FROM US$125
One question. Answered independently.
The smallest check we sell, and for most people the right place to start. You name the single thing you need to be sure about. We go and establish it, and we tell you what we could not establish.
When you need one fact, not a file.
You have found a company online and want to know it exists before you talk money. A quotation has arrived and you want to know the sender actually works there. Someone has sent photographs of materials and you want to know they are on that site.
You do not need full due diligence for any of those. You need one question answered by someone with no stake in the answer.

PER DEFINED QUESTION
Target: 48–72 hours from a complete brief, within Harare and the surrounding corridors.
Quoted separately: travel outside the Harare corridors · official registry or search fees · specialist input where a question turns out to need a registered professional · urgent turnaround.
What is checked, and what is not.
The questions we are asked most
- Does this company exist and is it trading? Registration status where claimed, trading address, contact details, and whether the business is operating.
- Is this person who they say they are? Identity of an owner or representative, and whether they are genuinely connected to the business they are quoting on behalf of.
- Are these premises real? A physical visit, dated photographs, and confirmation of what is actually there — stock, equipment, staff, signage.
- Is this credential genuine? A licence, council registration or association membership, confirmed with the body that issued it. Not with the provider.
- Does this quotation hold together? Internal consistency, specification against what was discussed, and whether the omissions are the ones that usually cause disputes later.
- Does this item exist, where they say it does? Materials, plant, a vehicle, a delivery — sighted and evidenced on a stated date.
Custom questions welcome. If yours is not on this list, describe it. If it can be established factually, we will scope it. If it cannot, we will tell you that rather than sell you something.
What this check does not cover
- We do not assess technical quality. Whether work was done to an acceptable standard is a professional judgement and requires a technical inspection.
- We do not verify financial standing. Solvency, creditworthiness and capacity to complete are not part of this check.
- We do not verify title or legal validity. Deeds, boundaries and legal standing sit within property due diligence.
- We do not predict conduct. A company trading properly today can still fail you next month. This check establishes a fact on a date. It is not a forecast.
- We do not check anything outside the agreed question. If we happen to see something concerning we will tell you, but the scope you paid for is the scope you paid for.
A short report you can act on the same day.
- The decision line — clear, proceed with conditions, pause, or do not proceed
- The question as it was scoped, in the words you approved
- What we established, and how we established it
- Evidence: dated photographs, capture data, and documents where relevant
- Anything we could not establish, and why
- The date of the check and how long it can reasonably be relied on
If the answer opens a bigger question.
The company checks out but the work is under way → technical inspection. It is a property purchase → due diligence. You will be paying in stages → project monitoring.
