TARISA DISCOVER · BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION · HARARE

Five builders. Every check shown.

Each profile states what we checked, by whom and on what date and, just as plainly, what we did not. A thin record is shown as a thin record.

Demonstration data. All five companies below are fictitious, created to test the directory before real providers are onboarded. Names, contact details, projects and verification dates are invented.

HOW TO READ A PROFILE

Six bars, one per verification layer, in this order: Listed · Identity · Premises · Credential · Track record · Monitored. A filled bar means we checked it and hold a date for it. An empty bar means we have not. The words underneath name the highest layer held. What each layer actually means

All providers

Ordered by relevance, profile completeness, verification layers held, and measured response time. Never by payment.

Searches every listed provider by business name, service and coverage area.

Why some of these look incomplete

Because they are, and hiding that would defeat the point.

A directory that only showed fully-checked providers would either be almost empty, or would quietly imply a level of assurance it had not done. We show what we have, we date it, and we mark the gaps. A provider on one layer is a lead worth a phone call. A provider on six is a business we have actually been to.

Neither is a recommendation, and neither is a guarantee. That distinction is the whole of what we sell.

Cannot see what you need?

Tell us the job in your own words and we will come back with credible options we have actually checked — usually three to five. If we cannot find enough, we will say so rather than padding the list.
