What it costs, and what is quoted separately.
Published prices, published exclusions, and nothing that appears on an invoice you have not already agreed in writing.
These are launch prices. TARISA is in pilot. The prices below are the ones we are charging now, and we are testing them against real cases, real costs and real willingness to pay. They may change. What will not change is how we quote: scope, fee and turnaround target confirmed in writing before any work begins. If a case turns out to be more complex than it looked, we come back to you before doing the extra work, not afterwards on the invoice.

Never added without your agreement.
- Travel outside the Harare corridors. Quoted at cost per assignment, with distance stated.
- Official searches and registry fees. Passed through at cost, with the receipt.
- Registered professional input where a case needs an engineer, architect, quantity surveyor, land surveyor or valuer beyond the standard scope.
- Legal or conveyancing work. Referred to a legal practitioner and billed by them, not by us.
- Urgent turnaround where a faster timeline is possible without compromising evidence quality.
- Re-inspection after remedial work.
- Complex scopes — multiple parties, disputed boundaries, deceased estates, rural land, commercial or multi-storey work, dispute and expert-opinion work.

- The initial consultation, including our honest view on whether any service we sell will actually help
- Telling you a check will not answer your question
- Corrections to a provider profile
- Provider appeals against an assessment decision
- Reporting a suspected breach of our independence policy
- Reperforming work where TARISA failed to deliver the scope agreed
Questions we get about price
Why “from” prices rather than fixed ones?
Because cases genuinely differ. A focused check on a Harare company and a focused check on a rural site three hours out are not the same job. The “from” price is the real starting point for a standard case; anything above it is quoted and agreed before work starts.
Can I pay for a better verification result?
No. Membership, advertising and sponsorship buy profile features and visibility. None of them touches what a check finds or what a status says. That is set out in full in our independence policy.
Do you hold my project money?
No. TARISA does not hold, escrow or release client project funds, and will not until a lawful licensed structure exists. Anyone in this market offering to hold your money should be treated with a great deal of caution.
What if the report says do not proceed?
That is the report doing its job, and the fee stands. You paid for an independent answer and you got one. Most clients tell us this is the version of the money they were most glad to spend.
Do you refund if I am unhappy?
Where TARISA failed to deliver the scope agreed, misreported evidence or failed its own method, we investigate and either correct, reperform or apply the remedy in your engagement terms. Where the work was performed properly but the answer was unwelcome, the fee stands.
Is there VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is shown separately on your invoice where it applies.
Do you work outside Harare?
Yes, quoted case by case with travel shown separately. Bulawayo opens as a standard service area once our coverage, response and verification gates are met there.
